Infusionsoft Mobile Onboarding Experience

One of the products I owned at Infusionsoft was our mobile app. Infusionsoft Mobile frees customers from their desks. Whether they are in the field meeting with clients, traveling out of town, or simply away from their office at the moment, they can access the full power of Infusionsoft with total ease from the highly rated Infusionsoft mobile app.

When I adopted the product, the onboarding experience was in need of a refresh. In the old experience,

  • The messaging didn’t fully articulate the benefits or value of the app
  • Guide the user to the areas of the app that would deliver the most immediate value
  • Did not match our updated brand guidelines, resulting in an incongruent brand experience
