After VTS & Hightower merged in late 2016, it was critical that we instilled confidence in customers & the market. Not all customers are happy when companies merge, especially when there are product changes. In fact, customer churn risk was high.
Even though our products were the same functionally speaking, each was better in certain areas. We chose to keep VTS as the dominant platform (architecture) and bring the best of both platforms together.
Knowing this would take 12-18 months and despite us still not being 100% clear on all aspects, we wanted to communicate highlights with our customers as soon as we knew them. This was the deck we created to get customers excited for the next 6 months.
